Yoga Class - Every Tuesday & Thursday - 07:00 P.M to 08:00 P.M
The purpose of starting yoga with meditation classes is to keep our community healthy and break the barriers within our communities. In short, people from any cultural background are welcomed. Four teachers offer these classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm.
